OUR CONTAINERISED BOILER PLANT MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Specification
We carry out a detailed site survey to assess steam and plant requirements, selecting a boiler from leading manufacturers to ensure compliance with MCP and EU directives.
Design
Using CAD and 3D modelling, we design an internal plant layout optimised for access, maintenance and operational efficiency, minimising future disruption.
Assembly
The container is modified to suit the project, typically including side access, vented panels and reinforced flooring. Electrical panels, lighting, and connections are installed, followed by the boiler, ancillaries and pipework. Initial commissioning is carried out in-house to pre-empt any issues.
On-Site Installation
Installation is completed efficiently with minimal disruption. Pre-prepared pipework enables rapid connection, and the system is fully tested and commissioned on site with all documentation provided.
